Kaiser Permanente Northwest grants new appointments for Agencies and Producers who are actively quoting, renewing, and negotiating business with us, or who have assumed broker of record for a client that is under active contract in the NW region.
All producers must have an active producer’s license for Life/Disability (Washington) and/or Health (Oregon) to receive a quote from Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, all producers must be appointed and/or affiliated with a licensed producer house with the State of Washington (for Clark and Cowlitz Counties) and KPNW prior to being issued a quote for business in Washington. In Oregon, a producer must be appointed with KPNW prior to a group placing business.
