It is imperative that all Medicare sales, marketing teams, and contractors/vendors consistently use these resources in support of error-free Medicare sales and marketing materials. To mitigate risk to Kaiser Permanente’s reputation and growth goals, a Kaiser Permanente Marketing Compliance program has been established to produce market-facing sales and marketing materials (including member communications) that are error free, factual, and not misleading. Medicare marketing materials must comply with all established requirements, including CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines and Kaiser Permanente business guidance.
